Despicable Me Party
My girlfriend and I decided to have a joint Birthday party since both our boys have the same Birthday. It was a lot of fun planning it with her. We had pizza, popcorn and went with a red and white theme. Centerpieces were popcorn containers with sunflowers, big #6 candle and red and white lollipop sticks.
My friend put the goodie bags together so cute! I ordered the printable from Etsy
I made fruit kebobs using the Wilton straws they are found in the baking section of Walmart, Michaels, etc. These were red and white. Poked the straw through the fruit and done!
Outdoor movie night was a hit. Sitting under the stars watching Despicable Me 1 while eating popcorn and making s'mores.
Happy Birthday to our 2 sweet 6yr.olds!
Fiesta
My girlfriend and I were in charge of our kindergartner's school fundraiser so we had a Fiesta theme. Individual layer dips were passed out as appetizers. These were a hit but make sure to have extra chips passed around.:)
We had delicious churros that we wrapped in chevron glassine paper and tied with string. Kept warm in chafing dish.
We had margarita cupcakes also. Don't they look pretty??
Here's our sombrero cookies-used store bought sugar cookies, frosting, sprinkles and gum drops. Easy and cute!
The cupcake Cantina sign is for sale on threelilpumpkins at ETSY
We made this fun sign to add some whimsy to the event (also for sale on my etsy shop) We had lots of great vendors selling clothing, jewelry, baby items, etc. It was a great night.

My son turned 6 years old and his buddy has the same birthday so my girlfriend and I had a joint Birthday party. We had an inflatable movie screen and watched Despicable Me 1 under the stars. We had pizza, cupcakes and s'mores.

My Daughter had her 10th Birthday and she loves the union jack so we incorporated it with the KEEP CALM and BIRTHDAY ON plates I found at Target. She made a union jack sign out of duct tape. I draped a union jack scarf on the table...that's it! It was a perfect theme for me because I have to remember to KEEP CALM my daughter is 10!!!

My son wanted a cowboy party for his 8th Birthday. We made "Wanted" posters with his cousins and grandparent's pictures. It made for a nice conversation piece. We had set up a little photo booth too for picture time with the Birthday boy. For the menu we had hot dogs, hamburgers, chili and pasta salad. For dessert he requested pumpkin pie which is his favorite. It was a fun day celebrating my little cowboy.
